Our story
From Motril to Marbella, step by step
No shortcuts, no outside help, no rush. Just good work and clients asking for more every year.
2006
The beginning in Motril
Darío sets up as a sole trader in landscaping. A €20,000 loan repaid over eight years, a second-hand van, a second-hand lawnmower. One person, occasional maintenance of small gardens.
2008
Riding out the crisis
The peak of the construction crisis. While everyone looks for better-paid jobs in Marbella, Darío holds out on his own for seven years. No outside help, no shortcuts. The project grows slowly, but it grows well.
2013
The first members of the team
Antonio and Rubén come on board. Then more join, all trained from scratch. Antonio started as a labourer without even knowing how to hold a hoe; today he plans the company's tenders.
2018
Formal incorporation
After twelve years as a sole trader, the company is incorporated. It professionalises with an organisational chart, departments and leads: landscaping, pools, plumbing, electrics, renovations. What was subcontracted becomes in-house.

Nearly 50 professionals, 15 vehicles, three offices (Marbella, Granada and Motril), 3 ISO certifications in landscaping. A family business that keeps growing with every client.

We meet, share meals, share conversations, share stories. A common culture that shows in every build and that clients recognise from the first meeting.

We grow with those who believe in the project
Every new trade joins the family — it isn't subcontracted. Mode (technical plumbing), Antonio (coordination), Estrella (design) — all trained from within, with patience and hours on site.

Certified quality
Three ISO certifications in landscaping: 9001 (quality), 14001 (environment), 45001 (safety). No other company in the sector in the area has achieved all three.

Founder · General manager
2006
Started as a sole trader in landscaping in 2006 with a €20,000 loan and second-hand tools. Today he runs a company of nearly 50 people with 3 ISO certifications in landscaping and three offices in Andalusia (Marbella, Granada and Motril).
Estrella
Interior and exterior designer
Team
Designs the full renovation projects and the landscape gardens. Holds the aesthetic coherence of every villa from concept to turnkey delivery.
Alejandro
Technical architect · Aparejador
Team
In-house aparejador and technical architect. Ensures regulatory compliance of every build, the fixed-price quote and the technical project management of the villas.
Antonio
Tender coordinator
2013
Started as a labourer with no prior experience. After years of day-to-day in-house training alongside Darío, he now plans the company's tenders and coordinates complex builds.
Rubén
MOASUR surveying
2013
One of the first members of the team. Specialist in precise MOASUR surveying and technical planning of the terrain before every landscaping or renovation build.
Mode
Technical plumbing · Pool technical rooms
Team
Previously an electrician, with no experience operating a leak-detection machine or assembling a filtration unit. Three months of training with Darío, eight hours a day. Today the reference for pool technical plumbing.
