What is the annual fee for a maintenance contract?
Each contract is calculated based on the size of the pool, the scope of the garden and the complexity of the plant room. After a free technical visit, we send a detailed proposal within 48 hours. Most of our comprehensive contracts fall between €1,800 and €5,500 per year, with no surprises.
How often do you visit the villa?
Scheduled monthly visit year-round across all three plans. In high season (June to September) we can come twice a month for the pool at no extra cost. For emergencies, we reply on WhatsApp in under 24 hours year-round.
Is there a minimum term? How is the contract cancelled?
No minimum term. The annual contract renews by default every January, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. Most of our clients have been renewing since 2010 — team continuity is what they value.
Can you handle both the pool and the garden?
Yes — the comprehensive plan combines pool + garden + plant room with a single coordinator and a single monthly work report. It's the most popular choice with our UHNW clients because it centralises the entire villa operation through one point of contact.
Are you the same team that built my pool or garden?
Yes. The maintenance team is the same construction team — the technical team from the plant room, the gardeners who planted your olive trees. That continuity prevents loss of information between stages and safeguards the quality covered by the applicable legal warranty.
