How long does a full renovation take?
A kitchen renovation is usually delivered in 6 to 10 weeks. A bathroom renovation, in 4 to 7 weeks. A full rehabilitation of a premium villa typically takes between 6 and 14 months depending on surface area and structural complexity. We estimate the timeline with our technical architect after the first visit and lock it into the quote.
Is the budget closed or cost-plus?
Always a closed-price quote. After the project visit, our designer proposes three possible directions and our technical architect drafts the execution project with locked-in specifications. The quote includes every line item — no surprises at the end of the build. It only changes if you decide to change a decision.
Can I keep living in the villa during the works?
For a kitchen or standalone bathroom renovation, usually yes — we isolate the work zone with dust barriers and keep the other rooms operational. For a full villa renovation, we recommend vacating the property during the core build period (3 to 6 months depending on scope) to avoid friction with the technical team.
